Initial intake sessions are $300 for a 90-minute session.

Individual, couple & family therapy sessions are $200 for a 55- minute session.

I work on a fee-for-service basis, in that clients pay at the start of each session. An optional receipt is provided for clients to pursue reimbursement with their insurance company directly.  Though I am an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies, some clients do receive some favorable out-of-network coverage. Clients concerned about insurance coverage are encouraged to contact their insurance company directly to learn what percentage of coverage is available.

I am committed to our therapeutic relationship until you have experienced the healing and growth that you’re looking for, and my goal at intake is always discharge! That said, I cannot always predict my openings, as they are dependent on client needs. I do my very best to avoid waiting lists and often have appointments available within 1-2 weeks.

Both! I would love to meet with you in person in my Eden Prairie office, or I am also happy to offer virtual appointments as needed as well. I do request that our first appointment be in-person, as we can get to know each other so much better!

Our first meeting will be when I encourage you to share your story—your strengths and your struggles—and to identify the healing that you’re looking for. No worries about coming prepared — I ask gentle questions as we go, and I always go at a pace you're comfortable with.

From there we will begin to unpack the experiences that have shaped you, the messages you have come to believe, and the truths you want to fully live by, so that you can live out a life aligned with peace, wholeness, and healing. 

Because of the deeply relational nature of therapy, you can expect our process to take many months, or even a year or longer. The customized work we do together is tailored to your unique needs, and we work at a pace that feels most safe and comfortable to you.  

My Christian faith shapes my worldview and informs my approach to therapy. I strive to treat every individual with the inherent God-given dignity and worth bestowed upon them. While many of my clients share this faith, others do not—and that's perfectly okay. I respect each person's unique beliefs and only incorporate faith-based perspectives into our sessions at the client's request.
